As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medication for our patients.   1. Dispensing Medications: The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately and safely dispensing prescribed medications to patients.
  2. Patient Consultations: The Staff Pharmacist will provide consultations to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and any drug interactions.
  3. Prescription Review: The Staff Pharmacist will review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness, and work with physicians to resolve any issues or concerns.
  4. Inventory Management: The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for managing medication inventory, ordering and restocking medications as needed to ensure availability for patients.
  5. Compliance with Regulations: The Staff Pharmacist will ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding the dispensing of medications and handling of controlled substances.
  6. Patient Safety: The Staff Pharmacist will follow all safety protocols to ensure the safe handling and dispensing of medications, and educate patients on proper storage and disposal of medications.
  7. Team Collaboration: The Staff Pharmacist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in the pharmacy, including pharmacy technicians and other pharmacists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  8. Continuous Education: The Staff Pharmacist will stay current on new medications, treatments, and healthcare advancements through ongoing education and training.
  9. Customer Service: The Staff Pharmacist will provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and ensuring a positive experience.
  10. Quality Assurance: The Staff Pharmacist will participate in quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Adherence to Company Policies: The Staff Pharmacist will adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and ethical standards.
  12. Professional Development: The Staff Pharmacist will actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development, staying informed on industry trends and advancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills

  • Bachelor's Or Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree From An Accredited School Of Pharmacy

  • Current And Active State Pharmacist License

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacist In A Retail Setting
