  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the financial performance of the pharmacy services division.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop financial forecasts and projections.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  4. Monitor and report on key financial metrics and variances, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform business strategies and initiatives.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  7. Participate in the development and evaluation of business plans and budgeting processes for the pharmacy services division.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to financial reporting and analysis.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members to support their professional development.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the pharmacy services division.
  12. Communicate and collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, including finance, operations, and sales teams.
  13. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
