RN Immunizer

Rite Aid is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Immunizer to join our team in providing safe and effective vaccinations to our patients. We are looking for a passionate and experienced healthcare professional with a commitment to providing excellent patient care. As an RN Immunizer, you will be responsible for administering vaccinations to patients of all ages in accordance with Rite Aid protocols.The ideal candidate will have a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, as well as at least 1 year of healthcare experience. You should have a strong working knowledge of immunization laws, regulations, and standards, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer vaccinations to patients of all ages in accordance with Rite Aid protocols.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable immunization laws, regulations, and standards.
3. Maintain accurate records of all administered vaccinations.
4. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the benefits and risks of immunizations.
5. Consult with physicians and other healthcare personnel as needed.
6. Remain current on immunization best practices, trends, and developments.
7. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
8. Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
9. Maintain a calm and organized demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
10. Assist with other duties as needed.
