Retail Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join the team at Rite Aid! The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supervising the daily operations of the store. This individual will be a key part of the store's success and will have the opportunity to help drive the company's mission forward.To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in a supervisory role in retail and a positive attitude. You must be organized and able to effectively manage employees and customers. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of retail operations and be able to make decisions quickly and effectively.
