Process personnel actions for new hires, rehires, salary changes, address changes, tax information updates, associate separations, and social security changes by updating or adding information to the payroll system. This would include researching issues within the Rite Aid portal application for new hires. Receive requests for and adjust dates of hire in the system for associates who were rehired or acquired during acquisitions after the requests are approved by the Human Resources department. File payroll documentation electronically and in designated files. Research requests for payroll information and respond within 24 hours. Assist with sorting and stuffing checks on a monthly basis.
