Partner with Talent Acquisition team to drive the recruiting process forward in a timely and efficient manner - Assist Talent Acquisition team with job postings, scheduling interviews, coordination of job offers, and other recruiting activities - Manage team’s calendar, register, and coordinate recruiting events in various geographic locations. Collate and maintain accurate and up to date reports for all talent activity and metrics. Oversee and manage responses/allocation of generic email accounts and candidate inquiries - Serve as ATS system administrator (user access setup/removal, issue ticket submissions, template management, etc).
