Pharmacy Technician & Technician Trainee

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in our pharmacy operations by providing exceptional customer service, preparing medications, and assisting the pharmacist in various tasks. 1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a pharmacist.
3. Assist the pharmacist in various tasks such as inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and accuracy of medication preparation.
5. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure proper medication dosages and instructions are provided to customers.
6. Continuously learn and comply with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Communicate effectively with customers, pharmacists, and other team members to provide excellent service and resolve any issues.
8. Attend and actively participate in all training programs and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
9. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing high-quality service.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the pharmacy.
11. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
