Pharmacy Technician & Technician Trainee

Rite Aid is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacy Technician and Technician Trainee to join our growing pharmacy team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, is detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player and have a minimum of two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.The Pharmacy Technician and Technician Trainee will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the pharmacy, including but not limited to, processing prescriptions, stocking and maintaining pharmacy inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and be knowledgeable of drug interactions, generic and brand name medications, and prescription pricing. They must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to provide superior customer service. The successful candidate must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
