• Greet and welcome customers to Rite Aid in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist pharmacists in providing high-quality and personalized pharmacy services to customers
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Rite Aid's mission and values, and consistently strive to uphold them in all interactions with customers and team members
• Learn and adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations
• Perform a variety of tasks related to prescription processing, including data entry, insurance verification, and filling prescriptions
