- Greet and welcome customers to Rite Aid in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by accurately and efficiently answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Accurately and safely dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Maintain and update patient profiles, including medication histories and insurance information.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
- Keep up-to-date with new medications, treatments, and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Assist in the training and supervision of new pharmacy technicians.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure the security of all medications and patient information.
- Work collaboratively with other pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and accurate workflow.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

- Promote a culture of safety and reporting any potential safety hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or pharmacist-in-charge.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Pharmacy Technician Or Technician Trainee Position At Rite Aid Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Can Handle The Tasks Required For The Job.
