Pharmacy Technician

Rite Aid is looking for an organized and reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain current pharmacy certifications and knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology.
2. Greet and assist customers in selecting the proper medications.
3. Answer customer inquiries about medications, and provide appropriate advice.
4. Prepare and fill prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Ensure that prescriptions are dispensed in compliance with all regulations and laws.
6. Maintain a neat and organized pharmacy counter and work area.
7. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
8. Perform administrative duties such as updating patient records and processing insurance forms.
9. Work closely with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
10. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
