Pharmacy Technician

Rite Aid is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacy Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for helping pharmacists ensure that medications are accurately filled and dispensed. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Assist the pharmacists in filling and dispensing medications accurately • Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed • Ensure the security of all medications and supplies • Answer customer inquiries about medications and health-related topics • Assist with inventory management and restocking of medications and supplies • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to HIPAA regulations • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations • Monitor daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficiency • Provide excellent customer service to all patients and staff
