Pharmacy Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the team as a Pharmacy Service Associate at Rite Aid. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for helping people. In this position, you will be required to provide outstanding customer service, answer inquiries, and accurately process prescriptions. You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout the duration of their visit.
2. Accurately process prescriptions and answer customer inquiries.
3. Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
6. Assist in maintaining the pharmacy’s inventory levels.
7. Assist in the training of new pharmacy service associates.
8. Follow all safety regulations and procedures in the pharmacy.
9. Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.
10. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and records.
