Pharmacy Service Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Enter patient information into the pharmacy system and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and prescriptions.
4. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email.
5. Assist with stocking shelves, cleaning the store, and other tasks as needed.
6. Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and procedures.
7. Ensure the store is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
8. Provide training and guidance to new Pharmacy Service Associates.
9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
