Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Service Associate:

• Greet customers and answer their questions in a courteous and professional manner. • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any inquiries they may have. • Process customer orders, including taking payment and ensuring accuracy of orders. • Restock shelves and ensure that the pharmacy is kept clean and organized. • Prepare prescription orders by verifying customer information and entering information into the computer system. • Perform cashier duties including taking payments, counting change, and balancing the cash register at the end of the day. • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. • Work with pharmacy staff to ensure all customer needs are met. • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise. • Assist with inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies. • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of customers, employees, and the pharmacy.
