We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join the Rite Aid family! In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.The ideal candidate will have a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, and be able to adapt to rapidly changing business needs. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including coordinating staff schedules, overseeing workflow, and managing inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and adjust pharmacy processes to ensure efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of pharmacy activities.
- Train and manage pharmacy staff.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet customer needs.
- Monitor prescription refills and ensure timely delivery.
