Pharmacy Manager

We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join the Rite Aid family! In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.The ideal candidate will have a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, and be able to adapt to rapidly changing business needs. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including coordinating staff schedules, overseeing workflow, and managing inventory.
2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Monitor and adjust pharmacy processes to ensure efficiency.
5. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
6. Maintain records of pharmacy activities.
7. Train and manage pharmacy staff.
8. Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet customer needs.
9. Monitor prescription refills and ensure timely delivery.
10. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
