Rite Aid is searching for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service while managing the pharmacy's operations. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of the pharmacy, providing excellent customer service, and managing the pharmacy staff. We are looking for a strong leader who is confident in their abilities and has the necessary qualifications to ensure the success of the pharmacy. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a Pharmacy Technician Certificate or equivalent, a valid license to practice pharmacy in the state in which they are employed, and at least two years of experience working in a pharmacy setting. The candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the pharmacy.
- Ensure that all pharmacy procedures are followed in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Oversee the ordering, stocking, and organization of all medications and other products used in the pharmacy.
- Ensure that all necessary documents related to customer orders and other transactions are properly completed in a timely manner.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff members.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the pharmacy and recommend necessary changes and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care to patients.
