1. Assist and support the pharmacists in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
3. Learn and understand the basics of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and inventory management.
4. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding medication handling and patient confidentiality.
5. Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.

10. Proactively identify and address any customer concerns or issues, escalating to the pharmacist when necessary.
