1. Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medication to customers.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their medication needs.
3. Learn and adhere to all pharmacy laws and regulations to ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
4. Maintain accurate and organized records of daily transactions and prescriptions.
5. Assist with inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.
6. Conduct patient consultations and provide medication education as directed by pharmacists.
7. Assist with answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate pharmacy personnel.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient workflow.
9. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the pharmacy field.
10. Follow all safety and security protocols to protect the confidentiality and privacy of customers' personal and medical information.
11. Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
12. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers at all times.
13. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the pharmacy.
