1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers by greeting them warmly and assisting with any inquiries or concerns related to their medications or health.
2. Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with state and federal laws, company policies, and professional standards.
3. Counsel patients on proper usage, dosage, and potential side effects of medications as well as any other pertinent information.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and insurance companies, to ensure appropriate and safe medication therapy for patients.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prescriptions, medication profiles, and patient information in accordance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
6. Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.

8. Stay updated on new medications, treatments, and developments in the pharmaceutical industry through continued education and training.
