8. Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
9. Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest level of patient care.
10. Stay up-to-date on new developments and advancements in the field of pharmacy and incorporate them into daily practice.
11. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures and uphold the values and mission of Rite Aid.
13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of customers and staff.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve pharmacy operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
15. Act as a role model and mentor for other pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
