  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is positive.
  2. Lead and guide a team of service associates, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure they are delivering the highest level of customer service.
  3. Train new service associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, serving as a role model for the team.
  6. Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising efforts as needed.
  9. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, providing a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Assist with cash handling and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  12. Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new products to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer service and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  14. Represent Rite Aid in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
