- Lead and supervise a team of service associates to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Train and onboard new service associates to ensure they understand and uphold Rite Aid's customer service standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of service associates, providing feedback and coaching as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by setting an example of exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service and increasing sales.
- Maintain knowledge of Rite Aid products and services to assist customers and make appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Work closely with other departments and teams within the store to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service targets.
- Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and growth, and encourage the same for team members.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Train A Team Of Service Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.
Proficiency In Basic Computer Skills, Including Point-Of-Sale Systems And Inventory Management.
