As a Lead Service Associate, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our store and leading a team of service associates to deliver top-notch customer service.   1. Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all departments.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of service associates to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Train new service associates on store policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service and increasing sales.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  9. Monitor cash management procedures and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
  10. Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  11. Stay updated on company promotions, products, and policies to effectively communicate to customers and team members.
  12. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, address any issues, and promote a positive work culture.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, security, and confidentiality.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's mission, values, and commitment to community health and wellness.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Management Role.
