We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Service Associate to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of service associates, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience, and promoting sales and services.   1. Lead and supervise a team of service associates, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  2. Train and onboard new service associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of service associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  6. Proactively identify and address any customer service issues or concerns, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to better assist customers.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures, implementing changes as needed to enhance the customer experience.
