- Lead and supervise a team of service associates, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Train and onboard new service associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of service associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Proactively identify and address any customer service issues or concerns, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to better assist customers.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures, implementing changes as needed to enhance the customer experience.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.
Proficient In Cash Handling And Inventory Management.
