- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered by Rite Aid to assist customers with their needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Set and achieve sales and customer service goals for the team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Motivate and inspire team members to provide outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Management Role.
Knowledge Of Rite Aid Policies And Procedures, Including Cash Handling And Inventory Management.
Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Colleagues In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Meet The Needs Of The Business.
