  1. Lead and manage a team of service associates to ensure a high level of customer service is consistently provided.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers in the store.
  3. Train and onboard new service associates, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of service associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and performance.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered by Rite Aid to assist customers with their needs.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the customer experience.
  11. Set and achieve sales and customer service goals for the team.
  12. Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  13. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.
  14. Motivate and inspire team members to provide outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
  15. Handle any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Management Role.
