- Provide exceptional customer service to all Rite Aid customers, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
- Serve as a leader and role model for other service associates, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Train and mentor new service associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about store policies, procedures, and products.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, working to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, and assist customers with finding and purchasing the right products for their needs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and customer service processes.
- Drive sales and meet performance goals by actively promoting products, services, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store, creating a sense of community and promoting Rite Aid's mission and values.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales and inventory data.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with ordering and receiving new products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting.
