  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Train and mentor new service associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  3. Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the service associates, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service at all times.
  4. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
  6. Ensure that all service associates are knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and products in the store.
  7. Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering products as needed.
  8. Complete cash handling and register duties accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to service associates to help them improve and grow in their roles.
  11. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices.
  13. Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and ethical work environment.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  15. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall store performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Customers And Team Members.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Train And Mentor Team Members, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Knowledge Of Rite Aid Products, Services, And Policies, As Well As Familiarity With Store Operations And Procedures.

  • Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
