- Provide exceptional customer service to all Rite Aid customers.
- Lead and train a team of service associates to ensure they meet or exceed customer service standards.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
- Monitor and track team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the store's success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Management Role.
Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Abilities.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Cash Handling Procedures.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays.
