- Provide exceptional customer service to all Rite Aid customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to provide high-quality service to customers.
- Train and onboard new associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, setting an example for the team and promoting a positive work environment.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and make recommendations to management.
- Assist with scheduling and monitoring associate performance to ensure customer service goals are met.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among associates.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, both on the sales floor and in the backroom.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and team members.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate Team Members.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Role, With At Least 1 Year In A Leadership Or Supervisory Position.
Knowledge Of Rite Aid Policies And Procedures, Including Cash Handling, Inventory Management, And Customer Service Standards.
Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints And Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Programs, With The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Systems And Technology.
