- Provide exceptional customer service to all Rite Aid customers.
- Serve as a role model for other service associates in terms of customer service, professionalism, and work ethic.
- Train and coach new service associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks, such as restocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Stay up-to-date on all Rite Aid promotions and programs to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and company assets.
- Handle difficult or escalated customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay informed about company updates and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Lead A Team.
Knowledge Of Rite Aid Products, Services, And Policies.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Proficiency In Cash Handling And Basic Math Skills.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
