  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Provide guidance and support to service associates to ensure they are meeting customer service standards and completing tasks efficiently.
  3. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  5. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  6. Ensure that products are displayed and merchandised according to company standards.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and organizing backroom inventory.
  8. Train new service associates and provide ongoing coaching and development for current team members.
  9. Collaborate with management to create and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols.
  11. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as pharmacy and beauty, to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience.
  13. Attend and participate in meetings and trainings as required by store management.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance job performance.
  15. Act as a role model for service associates, demonstrating leadership skills, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
