  1. Oversee and manage a team of service associates, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
  2. Train and onboard new service associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about Rite Aid's products, services, and policies.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of service associates, providing feedback and coaching to help improve customer service skills.
  4. Serve as a role model for exemplary customer service, setting the standard for the team to follow.
  5. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked to create a welcoming and positive shopping environment for customers.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  7. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  8. Create and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment for customers and employees.
  11. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and make product recommendations.
  12. Assist with cash handling and register operations when needed.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Rite Aid's values and brand.
  14. Communicate effectively with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and actively participate in training and development programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
