- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Train and supervise service associates to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service.
- Set a positive example for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.
- Assist in managing inventory and stocking shelves to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Conduct daily cash handling and register operations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
- Continuously update knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to store management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Train and mentor new service associates to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
