
Graduate Intern/Pharmacist (2025 Grad)

- Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and welcome customers, answer their inquiries and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Dispense medication: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications to customers according to prescriptions and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Learn and grow: Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the pharmacy field.
- Collaborate with experienced pharmacists: Work alongside experienced pharmacists to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience in areas such as medication therapy management, immunizations, and compounding.
- Maintain inventory: Assist with inventory management by ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to pharmacy practice, including HIPAA regulations.
- Provide medication counseling: Offer counseling to customers on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Uphold company standards: Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Completed Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited University By 2025.
Eligible For Licensure As A Pharmacist In The State Where The Rite Aid Location Is Located.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Software Programs.
Willingness To Learn And Adapt To The Fast-Paced Retail Pharmacy Environment.
