Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Process returns and exchanges of merchandise • Follow cash handling procedures and policies • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Assist with stocking shelves and keeping the store neat and organized • Provide assistance to other associates when needed • Perform other tasks as assigned by the store manager or supervisor
