Cashier - Service Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions • Process payments and provide change when necessary • Answer customer questions and address customer concerns • Maintain a neat and organized work area • Follow company policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with cash handling policies • Reconcile register at the end of each shift • Assist with stocking shelves and store displays • Assist with general upkeep of the store • Handle customer complaints and resolve disputes • Provide helpful suggestions and recommendations to customers • Monitor store inventory and report low stock levels • Adhere to safety and security procedures
