Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, and process transactions in a timely manner. • Assist customers with product knowledge and selection. • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in an efficient and professional manner. • Monitor and restock shelves as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Adhere to all safety and security protocols in the store. • Ensure accurate cash handling and record keeping. • Follow established store policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Work collaboratively as part of a team. • Assist with inventory control and store maintenance. • Other duties as assigned.
