Cashier - Service Associate

Rite Aid is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Cashier - Service Associate to join our team! The Cashier - Service Associate will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, ranging from processing sales transactions to assisting customers with their inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently • Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner • Ensure accuracy of cash and credit card transactions • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions • Assist customers with locating items in store • Resolve customer complaints and disputes • Follow company policies and procedures • Process returns and exchanges • Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise • Assist with other tasks as assigned by management team
