Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure that customers have an excellent shopping experience by providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and employees.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure targets are being met.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Develop and monitor store budgets and ensure costs are kept within budget.
- Ensure store is properly stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
