Job Description

We at Rite Aid are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is willing to take on increasing levels of responsibility.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years’ retail management experience and excellent communication skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of inventory control systems and be able to maintain product displays. A basic understanding of financial principles and an appreciation of the importance of customer service is also required.We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and passionate about helping customers and building relationships. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate and develop store teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profits.
  3. Implement inventory control systems and maintain product displays.
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
  5. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including customer service, staff scheduling, and merchandising.
  6. Manage store budgets and financials.
  7. Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
  9. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
