Welcome to Ricoh USA! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor I for our Delivery & Set Up department. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to lead a team and ensure the timely and efficient delivery and set up of our products for our valued customers. Lead and supervise a team in the Delivery & Set Up department.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery and set up of products for customers.
Manage logistics and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other departments.
Train and develop team members to maintain high quality standards.
Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during delivery and set up.
Monitor and track delivery schedules and adjust as needed.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Create and maintain delivery and set up procedures and guidelines.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and productive team culture.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics and management.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Delivery And Set Up Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Delivery And Set Up Technicians.
Extensive Knowledge Of Delivery And Set Up Processes, Including Equipment Handling And Installation Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Internal Teams And External Clients.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Microsoft Office And Delivery Tracking Software.
