Job Description

Ricoh USA is seeking a talented and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our Healthcare Vertical team. This position requires a strategic thinker with sharp business acumen, who is able to understand the complexities of the healthcare industry and develop innovative solutions that address our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious go-getter with a passion for driving growth and success.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a strategic sales leadership role, within the healthcare industry. They must have a deep understanding of the healthcare vertical, including knowledge of key industry trends, challenges, and regulations. Additionally, they must have a proven track record of developing high-value, long-term relationships with clients and partners, as well as experience leading a successful sales team. The ability to think critically, analyze data, and work cross-functionally is essential.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing team, and to play a key role in driving Ricoh's healthcare strategy. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who is excited to take on this challenge.
