Job Description

As a Strategic Account Director at Ricoh USA, you will be a driving force in the growth and success of our clients’ businesses. You will develop and implement innovative strategies and solutions to meet our clients’ needs, while providing an exceptional customer experience. Your passion for sales, customer service, and collaboration will be essential to your success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience and an extensive track record of success in account management, preferably in the printing, imaging, or technology industries. You must have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams and be able to think strategically and analytically. You must also have a natural drive to exceed customer expectations and be able to effectively articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner. Above all, you must possess the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive revenue and profitability.
