Job Description

Ricoh USA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to join our team and help facilitate our operation at our location. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. They must demonstrate a passion for customer service and the ability to lead and motivate a team.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operation, including but not limited to coordinating activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders. They must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or related field, 5+ years of experience in a similar role, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, the candidate should be a results-oriented self-starter with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others.If you have a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and a drive to make our operation successful, we would love to hear from you.
