- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the client's site, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with the client and their team.
- Coordinate with various departments and team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to management and the client.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Act as the main point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by the client, addressing them promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement standard operating procedures for the site.
- Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their responsibilities and the client's expectations.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments, providing clear and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all site activities.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports to management and the client.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Continuously strive to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction for the client.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Coordination.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Project Management Software.
Knowledge Of Document Management Systems And Experience With Office Equipment And Technology Is Preferred.
