Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and service-oriented Site Coordinator to join Ricoh USA's team. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to Ricoh's on-site operations and services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, excellent follow-through and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for providing outstanding client service, we would love to hear from you!Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience• At least two years of experience in a customer service or administrative role• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects• Professional and courteous demeanor• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
