- Compliance: Ensure that all service delivery activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to service delivery and attend relevant training and conferences to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Service Delivery Or Project Management In The It Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Meeting Deadlines.
Knowledge Of It Service Management Principles, Such As Itil, And Experience Implementing And Improving Processes To Drive Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
