  1. Manage Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided and maintain strong relationships with them through regular communication and follow-up.
  3. Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the service delivery team, setting clear expectations, and motivating team members to exceed performance goals.
  4. Business Development: Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the development of new service offerings.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet service delivery demands and ensure optimal utilization of team members' skills and expertise.
  7. Performance Management: Set performance goals and regularly review and evaluate team members' performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  8. Budget Management: Responsible for managing the service delivery budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  9. Compliance: Ensure that all service delivery activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  10. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  12. Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to service delivery and attend relevant training and conferences to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Service Delivery Or Project Management In The It Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Meeting Deadlines.

  • Knowledge Of It Service Management Principles, Such As Itil, And Experience Implementing And Improving Processes To Drive Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
