  1. Develop and implement innovative event strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, corporate meetings, and VIP gatherings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event objectives and identify opportunities to incorporate the latest technology and industry trends.
  4. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  5. Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
  6. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, catering, audiovisual equipment, and event setup and breakdown.
  7. Oversee event registration and attendee management, including ticket sales, guest lists, and RSVPs.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
  9. Lead and manage a team of event staff, including event coordinators, assistants, and volunteers, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  10. Analyze event success metrics, gather feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for future events.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and hospitality and implement new ideas to continuously improve event experiences.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as health and safety standards, during events.
  13. Manage crisis situations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise before, during, or after events.
  14. Represent the company professionally and serve as an ambassador for Ricoh USA at events and industry conferences.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop event messaging and promotional materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Level Hospitality And Events Management Role, Preferably Within A Corporate Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Event Coordinators And Staff.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Including Trade Shows, Conferences, And Corporate Meetings.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Stakeholders.
