Lead and manage cross-functional projects using Agile methodology to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Implement Agile best practices and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Collaborate with various departments, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and timely completion of project tasks.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively communicate any potential issues to stakeholders.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and ensure team adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate project status, progress, and key metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Agile methodology, and leverage new techniques and tools to improve project management processes.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Agile Project Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Agile Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Agile Project Manager At Ricoh Usa, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Project Managers And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards Project Success.
